Family Planning Clinic

Popup image windowThe CARE Partnership Family Planning Clinic receives Title X funds through the Arizona Family Planning Council.

Services are provided on a sliding scale fee based on client self-declared income. Teens are eligible to receive confidential services on the basis of their individual income. The CARE Partnership Family Planning Clinic Sliding Fee Scale is based on currently published Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPL). Clients at or below 100% FPL are exempt from payment; fees for clients above 100 to 250% FPL are based on a sliding fee scale.

Men Specific Services:

o Information and counseling on many birth control methods, including Vasectomy (male sterilization)

o Information on the correct use of condoms

o Information on getting birth control for you and your partner (s)

o Emergency contraception (if a condom fails)

o Information on getting HIV and how to prevent getting it

o Information on Sexually Transmitted Infections, testing and treatment (if you have a burning sensation when urinating or notice an unusual discharge, etc).

o Information on counseling about testicular cancer and prostate health

CARE Partnership Family Planning Clinic provides the following LEP resources:

• Interpreters who are proficient in Spanish for verbal communication on-site.

• Translators who are proficient in Spanish for written communication on-site.

• Certified Languages International provides medical interpreters for the following languages via telephone:
